We’re here to help. Call 781-233-1054 for any other questions.

Answer: Yes, our estimates are free of charge.

Answer: You can call, text or book us online. We offer online booking so you can book a painting estimate at anytime of the day with us.

Answer: The painting estimate appointment will take approximately 30 minutes (depending upon the complexity of the project). We’ll first ask you to take us around your space so we can fully understand the project and the expectations and answer any questions you may have.

Answer: One of the biggest hurdles to a project is picking out colors. With more than 20+ years in the painting industry, we’re experts on color selection and happy to assist you. But it certainly does help if you’ve got a good idea of what you want to accomplish and have a clear vision for your project.

Answer: In most cases, you will receive your estimate in 1-2 business day (depending upon the complexity of the project). Once you approve or let us know your agreement to move forward with your project, we will add you to our job calendar. (Production calendar)

Answer: Not yet. Because every job is different, its very hard to give any meaningful estimate over the phone or using photos. So much of the job is ultimately in the details that we prefer to examine the condition of the surfaces to be painted in person.

Answer: Customers frequently call requesting over the phone pricing. Truth is, house painting is custom work, so it’s difficult to estimate cost prior to viewing the space and discussing your objectives. Are there significant holes and cracks in need of repair? What is the condition of the ceiling and trim? Are there windows, built-in cabinets, radiators and closets to paint or paint around? Is lead paint a factor? Will the new color be significantly darker or lighter than the existing color? Is your goal to freshen or thoroughly restore the space? Knowing answers to such questions does make a rough estimate possible by phone, but nothing takes the place of meeting with a us in at the jobsite – free of charge.

Answer: The price you have been quoted is the price you will pay. Oliveira Painting does not believe in hiding anything from you. However, nobody will be able to determine the condition of hidden elements of your home. For example, if there is any rotted wood or damaged framing members concealed in your walls, Oliveira Painting does not simply cover up and conceal these items from you. You will be given the opportunity to personally inspect these areas and you will be given a price for repairs before you ever incur any charges. There will never be any surprise charges that you have not been made aware of and have not authorized.

We regularly perform basic carpentry repairs that are commonly found as part of exterior painting projects. These include removing and replacing rotten window sill/trim, door casing/trim, siding boards, etc.

Your estimator will provide you with a separate price to complete any wood repairs we find during our inspection.

Occasionally, additional repair needs are uncovered during the pressure washing process or when our carpenters access areas that are difficult to access or clearly see during the estimate. We will consult with you as soon as possible when additional repairs may be needed and will get your approval for additional work before it is performed.
